   26 Squadron SAAF WW2
This is an unofficial site dedicated to SAAF 26 Squadron that was based in Takoradi, Ghana (Gold Coast) on the West Coast of Africa during World War II. My late father, Lt Dennis de Saxe, was based there and I found it quite difficult to find information about this squadron. This site was created as a tribute to all the the brave young men that were involved with 26 Squadron. It is also a place were we can collect information, stories and pictures to create a central resource for anyone that has an interest in the squadron or any of its crew members.
