Wells Green TMD is a DCC-controlled diesel and electric depot set in Crewe, between 2002-2006, featuring a range of highly detailed 25kV AC electric locomotives in an authentic grimy, gritty atmosphere. Churnet Valley Model Railway Departments Web site
The CVMRD have two modern image layouts. The N Gauge Layout - Maun Valley run by Derek Gelsthorpe. This tours the exhibition circuit. Out Second is a DCC OO gauge layout, still under construction - Oakamoor. Set it rural Staffordshire in the BR blue era, collecting sand from the nearby Hepstones(HMC)- Moneysworth Quarry. (Under development)
